§ 10-20. Cans or containers—Number required.

(a)

All owners or occupants of dwellings and business places where garbage accumulates shall provide and have on hand at least one garbage can or collectomatic container, whichever applies.

(b)

When one can is not sufficient to adequately contain the garbage, then the resident or business owner or manager shall procure as many cans or containers as necessary.
