§ 10-58. Sanitary method of disposal to be provided.

All places within the corporate limits of the town where people reside, are employed or congregate, shall be provided with a sanitary method for the disposal of human excreta. It shall be the duty of the property owner to provide such sanitary method of excreta disposal.
