§ 12.5-1. Permit to establish park or connect utilities; conditions to placement of trailer in park.

No person shall establish a mobile home or trailer home park, or connect or disconnect any utilities to the trailer without first securing a written permit from the town. No trailer park, nor trailer, shall be placed that would hinder the fire trucks from entering between the trailer and the next adjacent building. No person shall establish likewise a trailer park or trailer in such a manner that would hinder the garbage collection routes or the placement of trailers that would prohibit the garbage vehicles from going in and making their collections and turning around and making an exit without endangering other trailers, the garbage collection personnel, or the garbage collection vehicles.
