§ 13-9. Boarding train in motion.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to board a moving railroad train while the same is passing through the town with the intention of becoming a passenger thereon or to assist another person in boarding; provided however, that said prohibition shall not apply to employees of the railroad while engaged in the pursuit of their occupations.
