§ 13-94.1. Extension of Renwick Boulevard.

(a)

The extension of Renwick Boulevard at its termination of pavement in Renwick Subdivision, Phase I, and extending to the intersection of Louisiana Highway 182 is declared to be a limited temporary construction roadway. Only the following vehicles shall be permitted to use this roadway:

(1)

Single-axle dump truck;

(2)

Tandem truck;

(3)

Garbage trucks;

(4)

Construction trucks; or

(5)

Any vehicles owned by the Town of Berwick which are providing public services for Renwick Subdivision.

(b)

The above described vehicles may only use the extension of Renwick Boulevard for purposes of:

(1)

Providing local deliveries for home construction within Renwick Subdivision, Phase I;

(2)

For the collection of garbage within Renwick Subdivision, Phase I;

(3)

Any other public service by a town vehicle; or

(4)

Any use authorized by the mayor of the Town of Berwick which will minimize travel upon Fairview Drive and which use is for delivery to property in the neighborhood of Renwick Subdivision.
