§ 15-1. Planning and zoning commission established; membership.

(a)

Established. A municipal planning and zoning commission is hereby established, and shall be known as the "Town of Berwick Planning and Zoning Commission" hereinafter referred to as the commission.

(b)

Membership. The commission shall be composed of five (5) members.
