§ 15-3. Members disqualified from holding other public office; compensation.

(a)

Holding other offices. Members of the commission shall hold no other public office, except that they may also serve as members of any duly constituted regional commission of which the Town of Berwick forms a part.

(b)

Compensation. Members of the commission shall serve without compensation.
