§ 19-20. Notice of violation; failure to cease violation.

(a)

Notice. The city shall serve persons discharging in violation of this article with written notice, stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for satisfactory compliance.

(b)

Continuing prohibited discharges. No person may continue discharging in violation of this article, beyond the time limit provided in the notice.
