§ 1-13. Administrative fees.

(a)

There shall be an administrative fee assessed in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to be paid by the complainant and applied to the court fund of the Town of Berwick for all criminal charges and/or complaints subsequently dismissed or resulting in a nolle prosequi at the request of such complainant and which shall be paid in advance to signing the appropriate written request for dismissal, unless waived for good cause by the court.

(b)

All charges, including court costs, for criminal charges and/or complaints subsequently dismissed or resulting in a nolle prosequi at the request of a complainant shall be paid in advance by such complainant, unless waived for good cause by the court.
