§ 3-14. Issuance of permit by mayor.

The mayor of the town shall be and is hereby authorized to provide the necessary forms for the permits required herein, and to execute and issue the same upon payment therefor as herein provided, and the filing of the aforesaid written approval and consent of the resident property owners owning property within twe hundred fifty (250) feet of the place in which said business is to be located.
