§ 3-17. Sales to minors prohibited.

Latest version.

No sale of intoxicating liquors, or liquors or beverages containing alcohol, for which permits shall be issued, shall be made to any minor under penalty of forfeiture of the permit issued thereunder, said penalty being in addition to any other penalties imposed for violation of this Code.
