§ 3-20. Filing of list of persons, etc., interested in business; person applying for permit and persons financially interested to be fingerprinted.

  • The applicants for permits issued under this chapter, as a part of the application, shall file a list of all persons, firms, corporations or associations financially interested in any way, in the business. Further, each person applying for a permit to sell alcoholic beverages or any person financially interested in such business, shall be fingerprinted in accordance with the procedure to be set up by the chief of police of the Town of Berwick. The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to those persons applying for renewals of existing permits after January 1, 1981.
