§ 5-2. Definitions in building code.

[The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:]

Applicable governing body. Wherever the term "applicable governing body" is used in the building code, it shall be held to mean the Town of Berwick.

Department of law. Wherever the term "department of law" is used in the building code, it shall be held to mean the legal department of the Town of Berwick.
