§ 8.5-1. Statutory authorization.

The legislature of the State of Louisiana has, in LSA, R.S. 3884, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the town council of the Town of Berwick, Louisiana does ordain as follows.
