§ 10-3. Same—Penalties for violations.

Any person who shall violate a provision of Chapter 10 of the sanitary code or fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 1-8 of this Code of Ordinances, and each fifteen (15) days' continuance of such offense shall constitute a separate offense, punishable as herein set forth.
