§ 10-4. Permit required for work affecting drainage system.

No installations are to be made of any pipes, tubing, culverts, crossings, dirt or other material fillings or obstructions, etc., in, under, across or over drainage ditches, openings or catch basins that are part of the drainage system of the town, before obtaining an official written permit from the mayor and council.
