§ 13-21. Traffic to keep to right side of roadway.

Traffic along the streets and thoroughfares within the corporate limits shall at all times keep to the right side of the center, off the center of the street and/or thoroughfare and no vehicle, bicycle or conveyance of any character shall cross against traffic moving in the opposite direction on any street or thoroughfare, or attempt to turn between street intersections, but in all cases the driver shall proceed in the direction in which the vehicle shall then be moving to the next street intersection, and then turn.
