§ 13-22. Right-of-way streets.

(a)

Designated. First Street, Third Street and Fifth Street are hereby declared to be right-of-way streets on or along which traffic moving in either direction shall have precedence over all traffic entering or crossing said street from any connecting streets, except where Fifth Street enters Highway 90.

(b)

Duty upon approach. All traffic approaching any right-of-way street must come to a full stop before entering or crossing the same.
