§ 18-1. Tapping, disturbing main sewers, regulated.

It shall be unlawful and contrary to the intent of this chapter for any person to tap, enter into or otherwise disturb the main sewers in the town without first having written permission from the mayor and council or their duly authorized representative, who shall inspect the main to make certain that such tapping into and other work appurtenant thereto is performed properly.
