§ 18-38. Disconnection, reconnection of water service after nonpayment.

When a bill for water service has not been paid within seventeen (17) days after said bill has become delinquent, water service to the premises shall be disconnected. No partial payment of bills will be accepted. An additional charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be made before service is reconnected during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) with a charge of thirty dollars ($30.00) for any reconnection made during after normal work hours. There shall be an additional charge of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for any NSF check used to pay any bill for water service.
