§ 19-86. Sanctions and penalties to be imposed upon failure to pay bill.

In addition to sanctions provided for by this article for nonpayment of sewer billings, the town is entitled to exercise sanctions and penalties provided for by other ordinances of the town for failure to pay bills for natural gas, water, and/or sanitary sewer service when due including, but without limitation, provisions of Chapter 18, sections 18-18 and 18-38 relative to reconnection fees, and NSF charges. Delinquent charges applicable for natural gas and water service are also applicable to sanitary sewer service.
