§ 3-3. Fees for permits required in section 3-1.

The fees for permits provided for in section 3-1 shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for engaging in business thereunder at wholesale, and two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for engaging in business thereunder at retail.
