§ 3-4. Permits to sell beverages containing not more than six (6) per cent alcohol by volume.

Any person engaged in the business of selling, handling, or distributing beer, porter, ale, fruit juice or wine of an alcoholic content not exceeding six (6) per cent of alcohol by volume, at wholesale or retail, within the corporate limits of the town, before commencing such business shall obtain a permit to conduct such wholesale or retail business.
