§ 13-40. Operation of motor vehicles by minors.

Minors, unless duly licensed by the state department of public safety and holding a current driver's license, or unless licensed according to the laws of the state of their residence when they reside in a state other than this state, shall be prohibited from driving or operating any motor-driven vehicle along or over any of the streets or thoroughfares within the corporate limits of the town.
