§ 2-7. Salaries of mayor and councilmen.

(a)

Mayor. In accordance with the provisions and requirements of section 3-04 of the Charter of the Town of Berwick, the salary and compensation of the mayor of the Town of Berwick be and the same is hereby re-fixed and established at the sum of, and payable at the rate of, one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00) per month, in consideration and payment of the duties performed by the said mayor for said Town of Berwick. In addition to the said salary of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00) per month, the mayor of the Town of Berwick be and the same is granted an expense account allowance at the sum of, and payable at the rate of, one hundred fifty ($150.00) per month.

(b)

Councilmen. In accordance with the provisions and requirements of section 2-04 of the Charter of the Town of Berwick, the salary and compensation of each councilman of the Town of Berwick be and the same is hereby re-fixed and established at the sum of, and payable at the rate of, three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month, in consideration and payment of the duties performed by said councilman for said Town of Berwick.
